3. PRICES, PAYMENT METHOD, AND PAYMENT
Products and services offered on this website are exclusively available for purchase using the payment methods specified for each transaction. The prices displayed on the KANOMI website at the time of order placement will be applicable. Please be aware that prices are subject to change, and we will notify customers of any such modifications.

The prices listed on our website are in United States Dollars (USD) for the United States and other countries and do not include shipping costs.

KANOMI employs a secure payment system for all website orders. A payment is deemed complete upon confirmation from the payment distributor. If a bank declines the payment, the order will be automatically rejected, and KANOMI will be absolved of any obligations or liabilities to the customer.

4. DISCOUNTS
When discount coupons are offered, the specific value of the coupon, the minimum purchase amount required for its use, and the valid dates of application will be clearly stated. Coupons cannot be combined with other promotions and are limited to a single use per customer.

Current offers cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, sale events, or offers. The value of offers is non-redeemable for cash and cannot be applied to previous purchases.

In the event of warranty claims, the purchase price of the garment will be recognized. Warranties are not combinable with other discounts or in-store promotions. All items marked as "Sale" and/or "Final Sale" are ineligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Products offered for sale and services available on the Site are intended for personal use only and not for resale. We retain the right to limit the quantity of products purchased and to refuse or cancel any order that we believe, in our sole discretion, violates our business practices, applicable laws, or policies.

5. PRODUCT DELIVERY AND RECEIPT
5.1 DELIVERY CONDITIONS
KANOMI will deliver the ordered products to the delivery address specified by the customer, based on the selected delivery option at the time of order placement. KANOMI will not process any shipment if full payment for the order is not received. Customers are responsible for any consequences resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information or unavailability at the time of delivery. These consequences may include delivery delays, inability to deliver, products being returned to KANOMI, and additional transportation costs.

For purchases made through the KANOMI Marketplace, delivery conditions will align with the user's selected preferences and the available delivery options within the Marketplace. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Standard Delivery (within Venezuela): 4-6 business days
International Orders: 8-10 business days

5.2 DELIVERY TERMS
Users have the freedom to choose their shipping address.
Upon payment approval and order dispatch, customers will receive a notification containing their order's tracking number for easy monitoring. If no one is available to receive the order at the designated shipping address, a second delivery attempt will be made within the subsequent three (3) days.
If the order remains undelivered after the second attempt, the user must contact us at info@maygelcoronel.com. The customer will be responsible for the cost of any subsequent delivery.
If the customer fails to arrange a new delivery within five (5) days after the second attempt, the product will be deemed abandoned, and no compensation will be provided.
Please note that purchases made within Venezuela can only be shipped within the national territory.
Note 1: In such cases, KANOMI will not be held responsible for any undelivered products.
Note 2: It is understood that any individual present at the customer's designated delivery location is authorized to receive the order. Consequently, KANOMI is exempt from any claims arising from deliveries made to the customer's specified location.

5.3 PRODUCT RECEIPT
The risk of loss or damage to the products transfers to the customer upon delivery, i.e., when the customer (or a designated third party) takes possession of the products.

Upon delivery, the customer is obligated to verify the conformity and condition of their order in the presence of the carrier. Any concerns regarding apparent defects (missing items, damaged packaging) must be noted at this time. Furthermore, the customer (or a designated third party) is responsible for verifying the quantity and condition of the products upon delivery by the carrier.

If the received package is open or visibly damaged, or if any products within the package are damaged, missing, or do not match the order, the customer (or a designated third party) must make a detailed written note to the carrier.

In any event, the customer agrees to immediately notify KANOMI via email at hello@kanomiworld.com to initiate an investigation with the carrier or file a claim with the carrier within the timeframe specified by applicable regulations, if relevant.

It is important to note that the above provisions do not affect the customer's right to cancellation.

6. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY
All content accessible to users on www.kanomiworld.com, including intellectual and industrial property, is the exclusive property of KANOMI or its product suppliers. Users are prohibited from reusing any content from www.kanomiworld.com without the prior written consent of KANOMI.
