SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICIES

1. SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped via DHL.. Please allow 2 to 6 business days for your order to be processed and fulfilled. This process may take slightly longer during periods of high order volume. You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number once your parcel has been shipped.

A shipping fee will be applied for orders shipped to destinations outside Venezuela. The shipping cost does not include any duties, taxes, or other fees that may be assessed on the shipment, all of which are the customer's responsibility.

2. RETURNS POLICY

We only accept returns and exchanges on domestic orders within Venezuela. International orders are final sale only and may not be returned or exchanged. KANOMI is not responsible for international shipments lost in transit. We do not accept returns of Swimwear and intimates apparel.

It is important to note that, in order to accept the return of products from the Resort wear collection, they must be in perfect condition. No returns will be accepted if the garments have undergone modifications to the fabric, as they are highly delicate items.
All orders placed during online sales and promotional periods are final. No refunds or exchanges are allowed. If merchandise is returned despite this policy, items will be sent back to you. The merchandise must be returned in the same condition in which it was shipped to receive a refund. This includes the original packaging and the box it came in. Kanomi boxes should not be used as the actual shipping box. The product cannot be worn, soiled, having a strong smell of cigarettes, washed or damaged, and must have all tags attached in order to be eligible for a return. Failure to do so will result in your return being denied and shipped back to you.

The customer will have the option to return one or several of the products from their order within a period of seven (07) business days, with the exception of the products of the Resort wear collection, for which the return period will be five (05) business days, starting from the day the item(s) are received. The return must be accompanied by the carrier's receipt, which should be attached and signed by the customer as proof of the return.

To return the products, the customer should follow the steps below:

  • The customer should email hello@kanomiworld.com, clearly stating the reason for the return, along with their order number and invoice.
  • The customer will have a period of five (5) business days, starting from the date of notification of their decision, to return the products.
  • Each product must be returned in new condition with all labels in its original packaging.

For any alteration to the product as a result of handling other than what is necessary to establish its nature, conformity, characteristics, or proper functioning. Kanomi reserves the right to refuse reimbursement or replacement of the product.

Requirements of limitations
The solicitude of devolution will be rejected by the following conditions:

  • We strictly attached to our time return and devolution process politics therefore, in case of the solicitude exceeds this time will be rejected.
  • Clothes quantity: This amount can not be more than three.

The stipulated time frame for the refund of the money paid in the purchase order will be within 15 business days following the receipt of the cancellation request email.

Important:
Please note: items purchased at any retailer other than kanomiworld.com must be returned to the retailer directly, not kanomiworld.com We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that do not meet acceptable hygiene and health standards.

Note 1: Products purchased on our website can be exchanged at our physical store, Estribos F or these exchanges, it is necessary to provide the ID number of the person who made the purchase and all the data corresponding to the initial order.
Note 2: The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping for the garment.

KANOMI makes responsible just for generating the return shipping guidelines.

WARRANTY
Our garments have a warranty period of three (3) months starting from the moment our customers receive the product. After this time, no claims for merchandise will be accepted under any circumstances. In the event of a warranty claim, our quality department will proceed to review it, and we will provide a response within 15 business days.

If the garment can be repaired, we will proceed with the necessary repairs. Otherwise, we will exchange it for a new one with the same characteristics in perfect condition.

Note: The garment sent under warranty must be washed before submitting the claim. To initiate the warranty claim, please send a request to our email address hello@kanomiworld.com or through our WhatsApp at +58 424 272 3962.
Our customer service hours are from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

2. GENERAL WARRANTY AND/OR RETURN REQUIREMENTS

  • The product cannot be altered from its original condition.
  • The product must be in perfect condition: unused, clean, and in its original packaging with original tags and labels. (This requirement does not apply when pursuing a warranty for the garment).
  • The garment must have been purchased through our website, www.kanomiworld.com via our direct communication channels (Instagram and WhatsApp)

KANOMI is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or other fees that may be assessed on international shipments. International orders may require the customer to provide additional information to the carrier in order to ensure delivery.
